I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with licenses in both California and Colorado. I offer in-person visits in Greenwood Village, CO, but can provide Telehealth sessions for residents of both states.

As a licensed therapist in Greenwood Village, I am deeply passionate about helping those who have experienced trauma find peace and healing. As we work together, I will guide you towards building an integrated relationship between your mind and body. Through utilizing Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and a Somatic Attachment lens, we will examine what you have been holding throughout your life and work towards unburdening your heart together.
